Online Ordering

1. Add your cart to the basket.
2. You send your request.
3. A vidalis.lt representative contacts you to confirm the final order details.
4. You transfer the money.
5. The goods are delivered to the address you specify or you can pick them up at our warehouse in Vilnius.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer or in cash at the warehouse when collecting the goods. If the item is not in stock, you will be sent a pre-paid invoice for a 30% deposit and an order contract. The rest is payable before collecting the goods.

Delivery

Once you have paid for your goods, you can collect them in a way that suits you – either from our warehouse or by courier.

If the goods are not in stock, they will be delivered at a time agreed with you individually. Orders from European manufacturers are usually delivered within 4-6 weeks.

The delivery fee to all Lithuanian cities is 6 EUR. For items weighing between 15 kg and 30 kg – 12 EUR. Free delivery in Vilnius. In other cases, the price is negotiated individually.

Prices

All prices are in Euros including VAT. A one-off discount may apply for larger orders. Discounts are negotiated individually with each buyer.

Visoms prekėms suteikiama gamintojo garantija, kurios sąlygas rasite garantiniuose talonuose. Šviestuvams suteikiama 6 mėn. garantija nuo pardavimo datos. Prekės gamintojo garantiniai įsipareigojimai galioja tik tuo atveju, jei nepažeistos prekės eksploatavimo sąlygos, kurios nurodytos garantiniame talone ir prekės naudojimo instrukcijoje.
