PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDERING

If you are interested in our products, you can submit an inquiry through our online store, by phone, or by email.

After receiving your inquiry, a representative of UAB “Vidalis” will contact you to confirm the final order details, product availability, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

An order is considered confirmed once all terms have been agreed upon and payment has been received.

PAYMENT

Products can be paid for by:

• Bank transfer;
• Cash payment upon collection.

If a product is ordered individually according to the customer’s request and is not available in stock, the customer must pay the full product price before the order is placed.

DELIVERY

Products are delivered throughout Europe.

The delivery fee to all cities in Lithuania, except the Curonian Spit (Kuršių Nerija), is EUR 6.

Delivery within Lithuania is free for orders exceeding EUR 50.

If the product is available in stock, it will be dispatched within a timeframe agreed individually with the customer.

If the product is not available in stock, the delivery time will be agreed individually. Products ordered from European manufacturers are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Products can be collected at the following locations:

Vilnius:
Vilkpedės g. 10, Vilnius

Kaunas:
Urmo Market, Warehouse No. 17

PRICES

All prices displayed in the online store are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Individual discounts may be available for larger orders.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All lighting fixtures are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Mechanical damage;
• Damage caused by improper use;
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

The color, shade, or dimensions of the product may slightly differ from those shown in photographs due to manufacturing specifics and differences in screen settings.

PRODUCT RETURNS

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returned products must be:

• Unused;
• Undamaged;
• In the original manufacturer’s packaging;
• Complete and in the same condition as purchased.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Lighting fixtures ordered individually according to the customer’s request and other specially ordered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
